    At checkout in the Helix Store, the gift card recipient will enter the gift card code which is delivered to you via email, which you will then forward to the recipient. The available gift card balance will be automatically applied to their order subtotal.

  • What happens if I lose my card?

    Unfortunately, we can not replace Helix Promotional Cards that have been lost, stolen, or used without permission or authorization, so please safeguard your card.

    No, the value of the Helix E-Gift Card does not expire.

It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Helix OpCo, LLC (“Helix”) is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. Helix may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not Helix, will be sole obligor to card owner.
